Ashtanga Yoga is a style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures, or asanas, in a dynamic and flowing manner. This practice is divided into six series, each with a specific focus and level of difficulty. Ashtanga Yoga also emphasizes breathwork, or pranayama, and meditation to help individuals achieve a deep state of concentration and inner awareness and increase your following powerful benefits.
