Vedic Aastha Vedanta Yoga Center is a space dedicated to the authentic practice and timeless wisdom of Yoga. We believe yoga is not simply a physical exercise, but a holistic journey that brings harmony to the body, mind, breath, and inner self. Our approach combines traditional yogic knowledge with mindful, practical guidance to help practitioners develop greater awareness, balance, strength, and inner well-being.

With a foundation in traditional yoga education and teaching, Vedic Aastha offers a welcoming environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Through different styles of yoga, conscious breathing, meditation, and disciplined practice, we encourage every individual to discover a deeper connection with themselves and make yoga a meaningful part of everyday life.

Meet Our Trainer

Sarika Advani is a professionally trained yoga teacher and Director of Vedic Aastha Vedanta Yoga Center. She completed a 12-month Yoga Instructor Training Course at Swasthik Nature Cure with 89%, followed by a Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi. She has been practicing for 19 years, and has teaching experience of more than 13 years, She was also awarded the title “Yoga Siromani” (Teacher of Yoga) by the International Uttarkashi Netala Yoga Vedanta Centre.

Her expertise extends to holistic wellness and nutrition, with a 480-hour Diploma in Dietetics, Health & Nutrition from VLCC Institute and a 432-hour nutrition internship at Surbhi Garg & Rachna Parashar Nutrition Centre. She also leads 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs at Vedic Aastha Vedanta Yoga Center.
